Artist: Timbaland

Album Title: Shock Value 2 (Hip Hop/Dance)

8/10

Timbaland’s first Shock Value spoke for itself. It was difficult to stay away from those awesome hits. His masterpieces dominated the airwaves and had clubs bangin’ the remixes. Now making a monster comeback, Tim isn’t breaking away from the formula that placed him on the Number1 spot on several occasions. Shock Value 2 aims to take radio by storm part 2, with no hostages left unharmed. The album kicks off with a message that the chemistry between the two Timbos (Justin Timberlake & Timbaland) are apparent and back to get bodies moving. He shows his producing prowess by collaborating with Jet on “Timothy Where You Been”, an alternative song I believe will share the same success to that of “Apologise”. Tim continues his unique approach and proves that he can turn Water into Wine, working with a Top 40 guests-list that you could not have imagined. Tim takes the industry into the 2010’s with his top notch production and at the same time changes the sights and sound of airplay. This album is Wicked and Thou Shall Learn the Value of Shock – Again!
