Ain's hope of qualifying for the final round of reality TV program Akademia Fantasia Season 8 ended last weekend when she became the 8th student to get the boot from viewers.
Singing 'Luka Dilukai' and 'Falling For You', Ain or her real name Nadiawaty Ainul Basir, 24, had to come to terms with sms votes at 12.94 percent.
"Saya akui saya sedih kerana terlepas peluang untuk ke pusingan akhir tetapi ini tidak bermakna saya akan berhenti menyanyi," said the Sabahan singer who has just released her first single titled 'Penanggung Sepi'.

It's pretty funny that Ain was voted off since she was practically among the best of all the contestants. Maybe by going out eraly from Akademi Fantasia, she can follow the footsteps of Sabahans Marsha Londoh and Richael Gimbang to reach super stardom-ship.
